Probably came under their naming and shaming rule.

Despite being factual... You can't talk about anyone on PH if it's not good news.

A bit like the chap that bought that classic 911, from a well known Porsche specialist, that turned out not to be genuine. Several people on here had bad experiences with the same company, but every bad review gets deleted for naming and shaming, hence the OP in that thread only saw good reviews about them.
