Having issues with condensation on the inside of the car, been advised that giving all the windows a really good clean will help.

Can anybody recommend anything which is decent, I did think a bit of windowlene but apparently that just makes things worse.

Am I right in assuming a good microfibre cloth to apply?

Cleaning probably won’t help much. The pretty wild swings in weather conditions we get at this time of year don’t help at all.

That being said autoglym glass polish and the paper towels you get from petrol stations will get it as clean as possible.

Worth trying the chemical dehumidifiers you can buy maybe.

It annoys the hell out of me too btw. Just the other day I had a long run with the a/c on and when I came back to the car in a cold evening the inside of the windscreen was running in condensation.

I think my car is suffering more than usual. Still havent gotten to the root cause of why it has been so bad lately. I've checked all the carpets and still no damp patches. Leads me to think the scuttle drains are blocked or there is something to do with the ventilation system either having moisture in or drawing moisture from somewhere.

Does the Autoglym stuff work inside and out for the windows?

It does. The good thing with it that you can see where you've put it on and then any spots where you haven't wiped it off properly.

Have a go with something like this too https://www.screwfix.com/p/streamline-moisture-tra...

Time to change the cabin filter in your a/c. Autoglym glass cleaner with a foam pad for application is excellent as a cleaner.
