just joined this as need to for a work group and its really is total pants cw pistonheads. have you ever considered having sections of your chat rooms that are closed off and people pay for that can be used confidentially for work - eg mine is for all ICT managers working at private schools - as your chatrooms are by far the easiest i've seen to use?

Yes, it is in the grand plan. The forums are being re-engineered currently to achieve something similar to this (they will look pretty much as they do now and operate almost the same but with some extra features).

To be fair though, Yahoogroups real strength is in its email group management, rather than the web version.
