Mailchimp alternative

Folks, we've got a pretty decent residential / domestic customer email list via mail chimp.
However we have none of our Business customers on mailchimp because a lot are local authority and mail chimp doesn't seem to like email addresses such as office@xyz.gov.uk etc etc. The contacts are bonafide and we need to send them order / contract details, updates, instructions etc. Sometimes we have updates to send them monthly regarding our services but we are currently doing this manually one contact at a time and mailchimp won't even import the email addresses is there a way around this or another email service we could use? thanks

I've had the same issue with MailChimp with admin@ email addresses - seems silly to me.
Campaign Monitor seems to be better overall and I've not had any problem with admin@ addresses. They can be very cautious about where the contacts came from however, as they should be. You may find you bump into their limits with a new account and importing a larger list, but their support are quick to help.

Is it worth considering a link to a CRM system, ie: https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/
