Do buses in London have bus lane cameras on them ?
Discussion
They used to have cameras, the first lot of cameras used was back in 1995, fixed to the front next to the route blind. Nowadays it's down to each council and CCTV operator to pick out offenders. Most major roads are managed by the Surface Transport / London Highways Alliance division of Transport for London, so any bus lane PCNs will come from them, if any

I used to own a company that installed cctv on buses all over the country, including London, up until 2009.
Back then we were also fitting a stand-alone system to many buses for bus lane monitoring, in addition to the regular cctv system.
It generates revenue, has both a wide-angle lens and a zoom lens, together with GPS coordinates.
I’d say that in all probability, most, of not all buses in cities now have this system.
Sorry.
