C60 N24 LA is what it takes but it's a massive heavy battery.

Is there anything more modern and lighter that will fit my old Suzuki rotary i wonder?

I use a Shorai in one of my bikes, saved quite a few KG in weight

Tayna batteries are very competitive for li ion batteries , huge weight saving to be had using these .

Wow that's a big battery. There are Shorais which have around the same output as the OE battery. Just make sure that your charging system doesn't throw too many volts into a lithium battery as they can get a bit catchy-firey.

That's a pretty ginormous battery, 28Ah and the CCA means you'll be spending big bucks to replace with a Lith-Ion.

When I bought my old Guzzi, the seller had fitted a new battery because the old one had died due to sitting for several years. It was a decent brand 30ah that weighs over 8kg but would struggle to start the bike, especially if cold.

I replaced it with a Motobatt 32ah that weighs 10kg yikes but I'd rather have a battery that will start it every time than try to bump start it.

The battery is probably as big as some small cars use but then the bike probably weighs about the same... hehe
