Good review and pretty helpful considering I sold my E90 335i last week and pick up my Cupra 290 on Friday.
Thank youThe biggest thing I was concerned about was the noise ( 6pot to 4pot) but honesty can say the Cupra sounds good enough (parry due to the soundaktor) so much so that I do not wish I had a 6pot underneath. I actually bought the 330i mainly for the 6pot too!

Yeah that's the one thing that I think I'll miss, although they don't sound too bad for a 4pot.The biggest thing I was concerned about was the noise ( 6pot to 4pot) but honesty can say the Cupra sounds good enough (parry due to the soundaktor) so much so that I do not wish I had a 6pot underneath. I need to get Carista sorted so I can sort the soundaktor too. I've already got some mods lined up as well.
Good review.
I have the same engine/power output/transmission in our recently purchased Skoda Superb, albeit with 4wd, and it is a lovely combination and so effortless.
The only thing I wish was that we'd bought an older one that was closer to the end of it's warranty so that I felt more comfortable about getting it remapped!
