New car with high mileage or old car with low mileage?

Okay so I'm on the search for an A4 sline Avant (auto), as your aware they do hold their value as they are relatively reliable. My question is do I buy a newer car (2012/13) with higher mileage (130k ish) or an older car (2008/09) with lower mileage. Obviously service history would be checked, cam belt etc. If they were both looked after which one would you go for?

Btw newer car between 130k and 160k
Older car between 80 and 100

Less miles for me unless the newer car has had the suspension refreshed & a new clutch fitted then I'd be buying an older car with less miles.
