Whats everyones view on the Harrods Tudor ?

Just got the email to say mine is now in stock if I want it.

Will it hold its value ? or is it another in a long line of nice watches but not super special ?

Some discussion on it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9P8XusQCXc

Nice enough watch - I have the BBB heritage so it's essentially the same model, but with a bit of green on it.

Thats a great video. Does make we want it more.

just hard to justify a watch at the moment. They always call when you you're not expecting it.

I like the shade of green, not quite ‘military’ green and not bright either.

I have a bronze, so wouldn’t stump for this, but if I was after a Tudor (currently considering the GMT) this would likely be it - I’m quite drawn into the idea of slightly special versions of stuff

Go for it!

From the video there is a market for them selling prices above buying price. Why not buy it then if you don't gel sell it?

Are any actually changing hands for above price though, lots of people advertising them for above price but I bet they are accepting offers closer to RRP.

Even breaking even he's tried it, not gelled with it and sold it for no loss.

I like it and prefer it to the green Subs but thought they'd closed the order books?

I'm interested to see what Tudor do with the Black Bay 58 size case more than anything though.

It does appear you can make a little bit of money on them.

But I think im going to keep it. As its a great looking watch.

I've just sold my 6 week old one for £3,000. I bought it to wear, should have tried on a normal black bay at a local AD first as it was just way too thick for me.

Could have sold it for more if it was unworn but I bought it to wear and keep, but I just couldn't get on with it

Would much prefer a BB58 in colour other than Black and Gold. Hopefully they bring out a red one, or even green this year.

Buy it. It's a lovely watch, and certainly to COSC specs. I have one with a number in the 300's. I understand it's up to 1,800+ now. As already mentioned, you won't lose value on this Harrods model.

Collected today. Really impressed with it to be honest.

Quite a few people collecting today. Numbers are getting close to 1700.

Shame harrods now take every sticker off the watch as I enjoy peeling them off.

If I wanted to visit harrods for a browse at some pieces, I would like to have a look at some models not usually found in the usual ADs, do I have to make an appointment or can I just stroll in? I’m not local to the south so it’d be a day trip kind of thing.

It might depends on brands but the Tudor section was just walk in and talk to the sales person.
