If KSI's are down at camera sites, and there are some 6000 camera sites, each one must be down 1 KSI at least otherwise KSI's wouldn't be down.

So why don't we see KSI's down by at least 6000?


Apologies if my grandma isn't up to scratch :-), bit of a shandy session last night!!

I suppose they'd only need to be down a tiny bit (6,000 last year, 5,999 this year for instance) for those very clever statisticians to calculate that Scameras are working beautifully.
