NEW TO CAR BUYING

Hello all,

I am completely new to the car buying scene in terms of new/performance related cars.

I am awfully keen to get a hot-hatch such as an M140i.

My budget is ideally between £300-£350 PCM and a not a huge down payment would be a bonus.

What advice could you give me in negotiating a good deal? What options are better than directly purchasing a PCP plan through a dealer? There seems to be a huge diversity in prices online and I can't understand the best method of attack for a good deal.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have a look over on babybmw, there is a dealer on there known as Trl who is very competitive on the m140i. Looking at around £2k down and £375 a month after discounts on a shadow edition.
