Is it a redesign of an existing brochure or does it need to be created from scratch?

From scratch....
I have the concept/script all mapped out, it's more about translating the visuals into a mock up for the CEO to see...

Should be able to do that without too much trouble.

I can't help with the designing from scratch, but when you have the brochure design ready I can certainly help with high quality printing at a very good price.
