VW CADDY PROJECT

Hi guys, I've just bought a 1.6 TDi Caddy and I'm looking to achieve 0-60 in around 8 seconds or less while keeping it road legal if possible. Anyone have any advise on the best avenue to go down, ie. Best Parts and upgrades to achieve this?

Swap it for a 140ps 2.0tdi version (already down to 9 seconds), chip it and change the clutch & flywheel to avoid lunching it!
