CV / resume writing styles....
Discussion
What's the thoughts on how CV's should be written - I'm getting occasional CV's written in the 'third person' style and it utterly turns me off the applicant.
"when Michael worked here he delivered this result..." etc
Am I just being terribly old fashioned...? I prefer either 'I worked here and I was responsible for etc' or to just cut out the reference to the individual completely.
The one's that swap between 1st and 3rd I just bin off...
What are your annoyances with CV styles..?

Third party has got to be the worst decision ever. It reads like your mum helped you because you can’t construct one yourself.

] Everyone’s is more or less the same. All I want to know is where else you’ve worked/what positions, relevant qualifications and perhaps a bit about interests if you do something unique. If you read, go to the cinema and socialise with friends I probably don’t need to know that. Let’s leave the rest for interviews!
