Report illegal traders to inland revenue / HM?

If one were so inclined, how would one go about reporting illegal traders to the appropriate authorities? I would have thought that their websites would be plastered with infotmation but not so much as a mention.

Lets be honest, no one really likes paying taxes, but its a necessary part of our society. Competition is part and parcel of being in business, but traders who don't stick to the rules put legitimate businesses out of business, thats why we have these checks and balances.

I pay my way and I don't see why others shouldn't also.
