COPIED & EDITED FROM FERRARICHAT.COM.

Guys - I need your help to locate the above car which I have 'sold' through a dealer who, 4 weeks later, has yet to pay me for it. The dealer is London-based so I assume the car must be in the south-east of the UK somewhere. Any info on the whereabouts of my car will be most appreciated.

My solicitor has begun legal proceedings so I'd rather not say who the dealer is just yet. The is a 1995 355 GTS, rosso nero with a colour-coded roof.

Thanks,

James355

I guess we should all take this as a warning against SOR with a certain "specialist"

This can be quite a difficult situation to resolve as the issue is now nothing to do with the car as you asked the dealer to sell it for you. You now only have claim to the money that was paided for it. hope all goes well

Suggest not messing around but instead get the Lawyers to apply for a Mareva Injunction. Should focus their attention once issued when they cannot access their accounts or even dispose of the office calculator let alone their stock.

I guess that the car I've described is yours then?....doesn't say "sold" on the dealer's website though..

From the timings, I would assume that the car is no longer on the website. On the FChat post, it states that the sale happened over a month ago so would assume the car is long gone.

FYI, from the original post, it looks like James has resolved this.

All the best
