Service history

I have stupidly misplaced the service book for my 2010 987 Cayman. Does anyone know if OPCs have access to the work done on a car throughout the network so I can demonstrate the car has been properly serviced.

Simple answer is yes.

They should be able to give you a copy of the work completed.

Have you owned it from new? If not they won’t be able to give you full print outs of the service documents due to data protection. I tried to get a copy of a service bill before I owned the car and they refused. I can’t see why they should stamp a new book though.

No, I bought it used. Just a list of services and mileages would be sufficient I think? Can’t see why they won’t do that?

OPC Hatfield were really insistent that they couldn’t provide any documentation containing personal information without permission from previous owners. I asked if they could blank out the name of a previous owner but they refused. Let us know how you get on.

I had a used Cayman s a while ago and they provided me with all the previous service history..
