Need help.
Recently changed the clutch on our zafira 06 daily driver, but had a couple of issues, after changing the clutch to a new one (transmech) it wouldn't go into gear at all, after getting past this issue we ran into another, the clutch won't bleed up and but we can now change gears really easily without pressing the clutch. Anyone know what could be wrong.

Slave cylinder issues? I'm guessing it's probably got a concentric slave cylinder, did you fit a new one along with the clutch.

Yeah new slave cylinder, bought the full transmech clutch kit. My brother says master cylinder, but he's not 100%.
Really need it fixed soon as our subaru needs to come off road for a few minor repairs

check the little rubber seal that sits on the end of the flexi hose isn’t dislodged Inside the slave as it will let the cylinder jack itself out and not return usually bursting the slave

Transmech are you kidding? they are a load of old st its not like a proper NEW Sachs,Valeo or LUK 3 part clutch is expensive , quite often with this cheap stuff things are out of spec driven plates to thick (clutch wont disengage fully) weak pressure plates allowing slip instantly after replacement rolleyes etc etc and so on and so on , only what I have witnessed I have never fitted one and wont frown I have the feeling your up st creek until you back it and fit something of decent quality scratchchin

I thought same. I know we shouldn't be going for cheap parts, but our scooby gets priority on decent parts, too much at risk putting crap parts on it.
