Web design

[roddo]

Evening all
I need a little help......I own a couple of domain names that I have had for 4+ years and have now decided it's time to have a site built where people can log on and place adverts simulator in a way to what something like tow truck trader does.....
My question is does anyone know someone who could build the site?

Many thanks
Paul
