Anything better than an F31 335D as an all rounder?

Morning all,

As the title really. I'm looking for a new car for around £20k.

I'll be doing 20/25k miles a year so needs to be comfortable and reasonably economical.

Current car is an XC90. Its brilliant at what it does, but is slow and wollowy. So I want something that will be quick and handle reasonably well.

A half decent load capacity and enough space in the back for 2 sometimes 3 kids too.

I think the F31in MSport guise also looks decent.

I've lookd through the classifides and cant se much else in this price range that ticks the boxes as well as the 335D

If i was doing that kind of mileage I'd be looking at models a step up from the 3 series as from experience a much nicer place to spend all that time.

I probably should have said I would prefer an estate. Easier for the dog and chucking football kit in the boot.

A 5 series estate will be worth a look. I'm not sure I want another car the size of my XC90 though.

NP. A lot of car for the money in my opinion.
