There's a Lamborghini Aventador coming up for auction at BCA Nottingham on the 21st February.

49,007 miles.
No service history.
Condition grade 3 (needs some TLC).

What will it go for ?
I say £100k.

It's in BCA so the only really accurate answer is of course 'too much'.

No service history (although may appear) and if their appraisal paints a somewhat negative picture it's likely worse to a keen eye.

BX14UXO, was formerly PET 70Y and F1 TDY before that. Not too hard to find where it's been.

Given how much that McLaren went for not long ago, I suspect a lot more than £100k even as it stands.

It must have some history from early years you would think though.

Just needs an independent to find all the services they did on it and put it in a book and it’s suddenly got history for some buyers at least. Not that I’m cynical

Surely a Lord on the logbook as a previous owner should add some value? Must be an even better value add than a previous owner Doctor!

Or perhaps not...

It's very common with BCA that things like service history are not added to a lot until right before the sale (and that has a few days left).

Given how it's spent its life I'm not sure it matters either way...

Haircut and export seems likely.

Did anyone see what it went for?

I missed it but just looked and it obviously didn't meet the reserve.

Was watching (purely out of curiosity) but had to pop out and missed it.

Shocked that such a reputable company such as motor hub would want a slightly less than perfect motor vehicle on their books.

I just found a great car on Auto Trader.

Wonder how many years it will be for sale now.

Now reputable is definitely one word I wouldn’t say for this company, I’d avoid like the plague, I bought an Aston years ago which I later found was clocked , I also paid them to transfer my number plate worth over 12k to my new car they didn’t and I lost it permanently , and they did virtually nothing to assist with there blunder

I have no idea how they sell any cars with all the awful reviews online, your experience is one of the worst examples I've heard.
