stage 1 vs stage 2 sports exhaust

Anyone out there with experience of stage 1 and 2 systems for the s2 exige, I have only heard the stage 2.Please advise.

I think I'll be getting some sort of exhaust mod, probably either stage 1 or blueflame one, stage 2 would be a bit noisy for most track days.
