What car? £5k

Now then, after a new car, not too many requirements but here’s what I’m after...
Budget £5k
Needs to be able to have a towbar as on odd weekends I’ll be towing my S1000RR to track days etc
5 seats (7 would be good, but not essential)

Thoughts so far are Discovery? Or maybe a bmw estate? Even a Navara (only as I had one at work for a fortnight and quite liked it) Any help is great.

Ford S-Max with the 2.5T lump out of the Focus ST? Has 7 seats, can tow, and drives well.
