New Bike Time! Which one?
Discussion
3 things I remember about my 848 evo. Beautiful to look at. cracking motor chassis and brakes but probably the most uncomfortable sports bike I have ever owned . And don't forget the belt change on time alone if you wont the service history intact .

The rc8r is the most ridiculously adjustable sports bike I have ever owned. The motor pulls from nothing and is super linear , its not quirky to ride like an Italian bike but feels just as planted, the brakes/ suspension and motor are a pleasure to ride.
The clip-ons adjust up and down by an inch.
The bars move in and out .
The pegs move up/down/in and out.
The gear lever is adjustable for throw 3 ways, it allows a quicker shift while retaining the lever position. Its cam will rotate to allow a race shift also.
The hole rear subframe has 2 positions to alter seat height and body position , The hole lot moves including the body work without altering the geometry .
The bikes geometry is altered via 2 nuts, it lifts the rear ride height on an eccentric cam .
There is more but you get the idea.
Hopefully they wont plummet in value but I cant see them ever being collectable , buy it use it and enjoy, I wonted a black model but when you limit down the year/ mileage condition and price you are limited.
One note to add, after the R was introduced in 2011 they did change it in late 2013 to include a slipper clutch and magnesium wheels and slightly different paint. Most 2013 onward bikes are early bikes registered late and not the new 2013 bike identified by black wheels. Mine is a 2013 bike registered late.

btw, I'm selling this to fund the new bike if anyone fancies it. It's only going because I'm selling 2 bikes to pay for the new one!
