Space saver wheel

Hi guys ,
I have a cayenne 2013 which has no spare ? Is this normal or should it of had one? My wheels are 20 inch Iv had a look on the web and it keeps coming up 18 inch , is that right

I have a 2013 GTS with a donut spare that needs inflating with the supplied pump.

Thanks for getting back, what size are you wheels and what size is the spare?

21” factory option wheels and the spare is tiny. I don’t know how tiny though as I haven’t inflated it and have no intention of doing so. When I have had punctures in the past I’ve used the pump to inflate the punctured tyre to get me to the repair place
