Pacemaker and travel insurance

Had a pacemaker fitted just over 2 weeks ago; today I contacted my travel insurance company to let them know. I'm insured with AXA through a Lloyds gold card. They quoted an addition £150 for the next 9 months cover, my annual cycle is up in Oct 2019, i.e. approx. £200 per year. Over the years they have been excellent and sorted out any problems without a fuss. However is £200 about the "norm" for a pacemaker?
