Being on the wrong side of 50 and on the wrong half of the bathroom scales has brought me to the conclusion I need to stop devouring what I want when I want!

Although I hate being organised and tupperware, I have come out of denial and realised I have start cooking my own healthy food and taking it to work with me, so any help, websites, gadgets or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated?

I've been looking at Freshbox. Part of me wants to order a weeks worth, as I'm lazy and hate cooking. But it is expensive. I'm going to look at making some similar things next week when I've got some time off.

Veg, chicken and spuds most likely.

Slimming world have some recipes online for free, I've had a look on there recently but nothing I like the look of.

Some guys on the PH Losers 2019 thread are reporting excellent results from doing the Slimming World diet so could be something for you to look at. Come along and join us!

My wife decided we need to better our diet and has started cooking healthy food, meat comes from the local butcher and fresh veg every day, it tastes so much better and being fresh everyday there’s no waste, as yet we haven’t noticed any big price difference.
The other thing we’ve noticed is the time we spend in the kitchen chatting prepping the food means we don’t watch as much crap telly.

Make a big batch of something on a sunday night. I usually do a big batch of keema or a healthy veg curry of some description, Slop it into 5 tupperware boxes and whack it in the freezer. Each morning I reach one out and sling it in my bag. It does mean I end up eating the same thing everyday but I don't really care. If you haven't got access to a microwave then ignore what I've just said.
