I do have to wonder about some people that use / grace ebay

Sold an item on the 11th for £15 including 2nd class post, they did not pay until the 15th and that was only after I opened a non payment case, due to PO location and lots of hassle going on in my life I sent it hermes instead.

Email arrived on the 18th asking where the hell the item is and I am a crook because I sent it hermes and not post, in total I have now had 18 emails from the buyer calling me a crook, cheat and a crap ebayer because hermes have tried to deliver twice with no answer, not really my fault at the end of the day.

Then to top it all off said ebayer screws my 1800 + perfect feedback with a negative even with the fact that hermes are going to try again.

Rant over and now to report buyer to ebay

I'm more of an 'e-buyer' because i've never sold anything on ebay. But never had any problems with any sellers. But then i pay via paypal straight away no delays..

I'm not saying your buyer is right on any level, but, if I bought an item that said Royal Mail delivery, and then you sent by Hermes, or other courier, I would be unhappy with you also.

I know I wont be in for the delivery, but can easily collect from the local sorting office. A courier will abandon it anywhere, even in my bin that is outside, why is it outside, because it's collection day.

I only buy from people offering Royal Mail, again not defending your crazy buyer, but something to consider in the future.

Very rarely sell on ebay, but if I do, its cash on collection. Too many retards and crooks on ebay now to post stuff, its just not worth the bother.

I sold a lawnmower on ebay last week, clearly stating collection only from EXETER. Guess what.. someone buys it from London and yep no contact at all. Just opened a case and can take over a month to close and get ebay fees returned.
