W205 AMG Line Splitter Issue?

On the front of my C250 AMG Line there is a 3 piece chrome splitter, one corner section on each side and then a central piece.
The central piece sits ever so slightly proud and having looked at others it shouldn’t be quite like this. I cannot see any fittings and have tried pushing it back into place in the hope it will re-seat but no luck.
Does anyone know how this is fixed or how I might be able to go about rectifying it? It’s not the end of the world but would just like it flush -
