Evening all,

I am in the process of buying my dream Porsche and I hoped someone could enlighten me with anything they might know about it’s history?

Well it’s failed three separate MOTs due to the tyres being illegal.

Doesn’t bode well for it being owned by an enthusiast or being well cared for.

It’s also only done 2000 miles in the last 5 years, with one particular year adding just 75 miles to it.

Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. I guess it depends how it was stored.

I would get an expert inspection (PPI), also check it really has "full-service history " as it's only done a couple of thousand miles in the past 5 years (which sometimes is an excuse to skim on service), and as mentioned above it twice failed a MOT on poor tyres.

Carzanna suggests it was for sale last summer - so been for sale for 7 months or being swapped out soon.

Porsches of this age have lots of age-related wear, tear issues, that can add up to
