Good tyre dressing
Discussion
I'm about to have my wheels powdercoated gloss black. One thing that bugs me is seeing a car with glossy black wheels and dirty/faded grey/brown tyres. I think it's some Meguiar's product I use just now, it's not bad if you use a couple of coats but it doesn't last that well and the finish isn't tremendous so on the lookout for something better. I guess I may also not be cleaning the tyres properly in the first place so any tips there are welcome too...

As with lots of things, prep is key, a form of All Purpose Cleaner (APC) and a tyre brush to scrub the sidewall will ensure all the ingrained dirt is removed.
As Chris said, preparation is key.For dressing, I love ODK Attire.
A nice natural look and a long lasting finish.
Like Gyeon Tire but it lasts longer

As said before, make sure wheels are cleaned and dried out well before applying dressing. Two products I use, that seems to last well..
Auto finesse - Satin, keep adding layers to the look you want
Zaino Z16, used this for a number of years, very effective
I find the Megs Endurance products do not last that long and get the most sling...
