I Need Two Wall Hanging TV;s

I need to purchase two TVs, one for a TV room, with a full size empty wall measuring 8ft. tall, seating possibly 12 feet away. Will i possibly need speakers and what would you suggest is the best size, model price for what i should be looking for.

The other room, the TV will be fixed above a sideboard, having a drop of 5ft plus, again possibly speakers, and with seating approximately 15 ft away. Thanks for any advice, info etc.
