120d MSport and Z4 35i to 235/240i conv?

We don't do many miles and use our very competent 120d M-Sport for most journeys. The Z4 is lovely but its a lot of money for an occasional/sunny day drive. Plus it's 2 x costs and it seems to make more sense to roll them into one car that fits all, either a 235i or 240i conv.

Is the best bet to trade on in and try to sell the other privately or can you trade 2 in at once?

The 235i is essentially the same as the 240i and so I'm not too bothered which one we go for.

I'd sell privately but I don't mind the odd timewaster but I've sold all of my cars privately & always got very near my number but if you wanted to split them then I would part exchange the 120d & sell the Z35i privately.

The 240i seems to tick the boxes.
