Fuel Injector Upgrade

In anticipation of doing an ecu upgrade and some further mods further down the line I have bought a set of GM/Siemens injectors for better flow etc. I appreciate there is no real power gain to be had.

I am now doing some engine bay sprucing up including cleaning, plating and painting of the fuel rail and plenum etc and whilst apart wondered if I could fit the injectors now, but wasn't sure if the original ecu on a std 4.0 with ACT carbon trumpets would cope without a remap.

Looking at older posts some say yes others no. Can anybody please confirm.

There are vectras in it now

Did go to jools for a bit of wand waving when it was back on the road also had the big air flow as well
