Anyone know if it's gone for a Burton?
I've got a subscription but no money's been taken from the direct debit and no mags have appeared this year.

I stopped buying that rag MCN back in 2010......
After 33 years of buying it. Good riddance.

In fairness the stand alone MCN Sport mag was actually very good ...... the standard MCN I agree with you, utter pants.

MCN has always been known in the industry as the comic, for good reason, most of the news is made up and they do so much unnecessary sensationalist crap in there I have never known why.

They have never had any competition!

Some of the stuff they do is good, and aspects of the rag are excellent, but the sport side is very tame now.

The original MCN sport was brilliant, but the guy who did it then now does bikesportnews. and both are unnecessary,m you only need one bike race mag.

Racer stopped being good when Larry took it over, "here rad about my same mates every year" Yawn.

Been a subber for years, its getting worse tbh, and each year I do wonder if its worth it.

So much of the content is either rehashed from earlier or woefully out of date.

It used to be very good, printed on quality paper with some amazing (unseen) photos over the first half dozen pages...

These days its printed on bog roll and uses stock imaging really.

Funnily enough, the "season opener" issue hit the mat today.

Saves taking the phone to the throne for a bit, but I do miss its former glory.
