Just heard on local radio that a group of teenagers in Cheshire threw stones at a passing funeral procession

As if the family couldn't feel any worse they have to put up with this

Bring back hanging

I really do hope Blair follows through on his pledge to get really tough on this kind of behaviour.

If he doesn't, he will fully deserve to be slung out on his ar*se at the next election.

Utter scum.

A senior police officer recently gave an apt description of this kind of behaviour: feral. There is absolutely no excuse for this and there is no place is society for this kind of degenerate scum. Retroactive abortion is the only answer.

I honestly think the stocks would do the trick for offences like this. Stick the little shites in there for a week, on full public view so we can all lob dog and rotten veg at them. Bet they wouldn't fancy going through that again!

But that would be against their "human rights"

I really do think you are right. A bit of pain and public humiliation would work wonders on some of these scrotes.

Well now we are fully in bed with Europe perhaps we are just raising the required standard of feral children for full entry into the EU...

The deceased had been a junkie. It was not so unusual for him to be stoned.

If you want to know why they did it, just look at the penalty they would get if caught-ie no punishment.

Might have guessed there'd be more to it. Still, it's a bit much though isn't it?

In hindsight, maybe in bad taste.

Apologies.

Good one though but yeah, you should be ashamed of yerself

Thinking about it though I bet there is more to this one than meets the eye, surely no one could stoop so low without some reason

Still doesn't justify throwing stones at the dead, no matter how bad the dead person may have been. simply not on.

Anyone.

Quite apart from the main principle, what happens if a stone misses and kills an innocent bystander, relative, or undertaker.

Talking of Shipman, does his suicide take his tally to 217 or does it count as an 'own goal' ?
