We called at a Q8 garage on the A64 on our way home from Whitby on Sunday and the 98 octane petrol was 99.9p per litre, needless to say we didn't put much in, just enough to get us home. Does anyone know a garage that sells dearer petrol than this? Trev.

It was 95.9p for 95 octane last July in Scourie (North West Scotland), so I wouldn't be surprised if it has been over one of our glorious one pound sterling coins
