Honestly, won’t be worth it looking at the pics. There’s a lot of work in that.

Be a couple of grand without even trying by the time you’ve sprayed, that’s being generous too.

Likely to vary with where you are in the country so not a great deal to be gained by asking for guesstimates.
You need to find smaller bodyshops local to you - recommendations from friends/work colleagues? - & then take the vehicle to them to see if they will take it on in the first place & if so what sort of money they are talking.
If wheel arch repair panels aren't available you may struggle.

Drive it till it's fails MOT and scrap.
