Bmw 2011 325i injectors repeat failure

Hi all, wondering if anyone has had experiences or advice for repeat injector and coil failures
On the bmw 325 i, think it's E93 model???

We've had this car only Two years and the coils and injectors keep failing and misfiring when you put your foot down. Doesn't happen when >5000 rpm constant just when foot down.
It's come up with a carbonised cat converter failure also which is linked I perceive but again why is it carbonised and it hasn't actually failed yet so I think it won't be covered by warranty?

Thankfully it's covered by warranty and it's happened again but I'd like an insight of what could be causing them to fail repeatedly??

They just change the injectors and/ or coil and off we go but it then repeats after a while!!

Any insights or experience would be greatly appreciated as the missus ( her car). Has lost all confidence in this car and I'd like to sort it once and for all...

The injectors post 2014 are supposed to be more reliable but presumably you've had all yours replaced during 2016 ish by a bmw dealer and now they've been diagnosed as failed again ? Thats a bit crap. So are bmw dealers though (bit crap) so I wonder how they determined injectors have failed again? If it's just misfiring it may be just coilpacks in which case suck it up because they are consumable and relatively cheap.
