Your front page is clean but it doesn't say what the company does. You could say that you deal in fasteners and tools, or specialty fasteners and tools for the ....... industries.

When you go into the descriptions you'd be better off breaking down the list of what you sell into sections - macro sections then micro sections, then potentially subsections of these.

Make it a piece of cake to navigate.

LOL. There's a lesson in there somewhere about "how not to design a web-site!"

I think the first thing you need is not to improve the links (I couldn't see any), but an explanantion, with a sales & marketing bias, of what exactly you do. Explain to the thousands of punters who hit the site why you think they should give you money in exchange for goods and services rendered!

Looks like a great candidate for OSCommerce ( www.oscommerce.com ) ...see www.mx5parts.co.uk for an example OSCommerce site.

My 2 pence. It's very messy looking - looks like developers have done it without any input (or thought for) the design. All good web sites should be clean looking (non cluttered) and be fairly intuitive in their operation.....the split title with company name on one side and address on other just does not feel "whole".

Also...it's very slow! I guess that's where it's hosted but having a slow site and animated graphics (your logo) put me off straight away. Unless their is real need for animation leave it out...it always makes me think it's trying to hide a lack of substance.
