New weekend Toy needed £25k to spend

So I currently own a factory built Zetec Westfield, MK7 Golf GTI DSG both toys and have a company car allowing me to have a weekend toy. Going to be selling the Westy and the golf is close to departing and replacing both with 1 toy
Budget is £25k and below is my current shortlist - don’t need 4 seats but needs to be comfy
E92 M3 DCT
Porsche Cayman Gen 2 S Manual
Porsche 997 Carrera 2 3.6 Gen1 Manual
Or a Jaguar XKR 5lt as a wildcard.
Any other suggestions gratefully listened too.

If you're after a weekender without the need for 4 seats I wouldn't consider an E92 M3.
The cayman is a sports car, the Beemer is a compromised fast GT in comparison.
I haven't driven a Porsche 997 Carrera 2 3.6 Gen1 Manual but I would imagine it'll be somewhere between the two.
Cayman S would be my choice.

From this I take you like to drive. On this note I’d knock the M3 and XKR on the head.
The M3 whilst lovely, isn’t a toy and won’t give you the urgency and liveliness of a kit car and ultimately the Golf is more chuckable (I’ve got a Mk7 GTi and an M4).
The XKR will feel like a boat and is not a toy - although pulls lovely in 3rd/4th.
A nice boxster/cayman is a good shout, 3.4s feels much more alive and direct than any of the above and the PDK box is actually good fun.
If the car is a Toy what about an Elise or Exige?
