As some of you are aware, my slave cylinder seals are knackered (or so Im informed).
Read somewhere to get JooSpeed uprated ones, instead of using standard.
That being the case, will need to get them ordered up asap so they are down for Monday.

Are they the only way to go? Are they going to out last TVRs and make the car more reliable on the slave cylinder seal front?

Yep, only get the ones from Joolz.

The ones fitted to my car had only been on there for 6 months and they went again. The ones from Joolz are made from different rubber.

E3D - what kind of rubber out of interest? Is it similar to polyeurothene???

I belive they are, or Aflas a 3M product that we use in the Aerospace industry.

An excellent choice.

Fluoroelastomers which are in effect a flip/flop of co-polymers from tetrafluoro-ethylene and propylene (abbreviated TFE/P I believe).

A good choice for sealing purposes like o-rings and gaskets, superb heat resistance with continuous temperature handling capability of around 240 degrees centigrade+ easily. Great electrical resistance and exceptional oil resistance.

Yeah, we're using plent Aflas in the phoenix
Its been around for a while, its cheapily available now - of course in various guises, elastomer compounds can be built up with different properties but an enhancement in one property can be detrimental to another.
