any one had this done ??????

Is it too loud??????

Has it changed the exhaust note ????????

Car in garage tomorrow, and unsure weither to proceed with this modification.

Had the ACT SS sports manifolds and "Y" piece fitted to our 4.0L. Sound changes slightly to a deeper, more frightening note - even better than it was before.

Don't worry Hoover33 I have a sports exhaust on my pre cat Griff and it sounds great infact I have had a slight mod ie a some internal adjustments made and it sounds the DB's Do it you won't regret it.

My old pre-cat had a Peninsula SS sports exhaust.
Sounded fantastic for hooning around but I wouldn't have wanted to do something like the trip to Le Mans in it.

And it popped and banged like nothing else I've heard. I miss that.

Just gone for the sports exhaust conversion done by Offords...... they play about with the pipes in the rear box I believe not sure really I didn't ask too many qusetions... just thaught what the heck

The demo car sounded LOUD.... and I just went for it

.... got the car back on Friday...

After a day of hooning around yesterday my ears are still ringing...

It's F'in LOUD ..... ... (sod the neighbours I don't like them any way)

It sounds frightening.... made my mate jump when he asked me to blip the throtle


Odd but the baked bin tinned novas/corsas dont seem to come to close either .... must be scared that that thier loud exhausts n stereos can't be heard
