Blood Under Callus

Recently started playing 5 a side football and bought some new astro turf trainers. I’ve always had minor calluses under both of my big toes but for around a week now one of them has developed a pool of purple/black dried blood inside it. Doesn’t hurt but how do I treat it?

Nothing you can do.

I get them in my hands from lifting.

Eventually when it’s time to remove them it’ll just be a purple callus that comes off.

Tempted to pick at it but wary of infection. Any recommendations on how to prevent recurrence?
