tax and Insurance

I am keeping my car on private property . The car is not insured but it is taxed ...... I am getting MID (Motor Insurance Database )warning letters . Am I doing anything wrong ?

You must insure it or declare it SORN.
Been the case for a while now.

If a car is taxed, it must be insured. Either declare it SORN or insure it.
