What is the lightest car you could possibly buy for a budget of £2000 (Weight around 1100kg max {That includes fully striped down to 1100kg})

Which one of them with Weight Reduction (Fully stripped, Carbon hood/boot ect) do you think would be the lightest or cheapest to get around 400bhp per ton

For me the RX-8 would be my pick it seems like he's gone to a lot of trouble to make the car work & it has the most potential for power & weight reduction.
