How long to fit the turbo kit?

I have a kit coming from Eann soon and am wanting to plan a quick turnaround doing the conversion.

How long will it take do we reckon?

Any tips from those who have done it already will be appreciated and any heads up on any issues I may encounter.
I want to be prepared.
Needs done quick then off for mapping.

The 'plan' is to get it in and running, take to Dale for a tune, make sure it all works and run on low boost until I am reay to swap the bottom end for a new block with forged pistons and rods that's getting built to take decent boost.

Then its back to Dale, then turning the boost up, testing and racing till something else breaks.

Are you planning on having (removable?) cat(s) somewhere in the exhaust? If so that will surely add to your time...

Ive looked at some but wont be fitting to later if I do.
