Having a bit of a brain fart. Even after over a dozen trip to Le Mans I'm struggling with the old grey cells to remember what we took in out day bag

• Small towel
• Sun cream
• Bug spray
• Spare under ware
• Radio & ear buds
• Phone, charger & lead
• Waterproofs
• Water bottle

I'm no germaphobe but I always carry a small bottle of travel soap so you can wash your hands properly (especially as you are eating with your fingers for 90% of the week).

eg.

It’s far better these days... but toilet roll used to be a must, or at least some rolled up in case.

Biggest worry last few years has been getting wine supply in, now they are searching for glass bottles. Solution... wine in a box. Bag removed from box and mixed in with other bits.

We just took a huge ice filled cool box on wheels which contained:

  • Beer (cans at the top, bottles at the bottom in case of inspection)
  • Vodka
  • Wine
  • Orange Juice
  • Water
  • Coca Cola (full fat and zero fat)
Along with fold-able chairs and some of the other stuff you mentioned. There was always a red sausage and bread outlet if one got peckish.

Spare underwear for a day trip?
Do you frequently soil yourself or sweat heavily that you need to change them?
Or maybe don’t wipe your arse properly so sweaty poo flakes in the cheeks easing their way out urgh

Might be a case of sticky @rse syndrome? To be fair, the OP stated "under ware" so it may just be some military grade Kevlar type under armour?

Strongly disagree.... With Brexit looming I'm ready to go at a moments notice.
You know, just in case 😁

If the issue is with a glass ban rather than a booze ban, why the need to remove the bag from the wine box and hide it?

Haven't been in a few years and due to return this year so catching up with changes..

Saves on space when just carrying the bladder, especially if the White is in the cool box with ice - mind you, we have cold Red too lolz! The box would fall to bits. Also, the bladder is easy to pass around when it comes to refills too.

In that case, the OP would need to add wet wipes to the bag contents list too. Works wonders when it comes to sticky @rse syndrome laugh
