Tired After Heb B Vaccine

I had the second injection in a course of 3 injections of Heb B vaccine 4 weeks ago (recombivax). I travel frequently with work so this was offered. I felt a bit off for a few weeks after the first injection in January but I also had DPT vaccines on the same day and nurse did say at the time you may feel unwell afterwards.
Since the second Heb B vaccine I have been unusually tired and had difficulty concentrating despite getting a full 8 hrs sleep each night. Has anyone else heard of something similar, it could be unrelated but if it continues for much longer I will go see my GP. I am a 37 year old healthy male who exercises regularly (also a company director of medium build)
