Hi,
I have a problem with my M2C brakes when its really wet and I've not used them for a bit they pull quite badly to the n/s, the car has the M Sport braking system. Anyone had a similar problem, the car is going in next week but the dealer said he had not heard of a similar problem

Never heard of that. I know many owners (myself included) found there to be a distinct lack of initial bite when driving in heavy rain without touching the brakes for a while.

Could be quite scary at times. When they did bite they certainly never pulled either way.

Yes I have had that on a couple of my previous BMW's but found that if I hit the brakes a second time (pump) then the car stopped. It was as if you needed to clear the water from between the pads and the discs.

My dealer said that had been a problem in the past and now the M2C has a function fitted whereby every so often the pad just touches the disc to keep the surface clean, not sure how that works as I had not heard of that before but will try and find out when I take the car in.

Used to be only if the car was on sport+ mode for the brake massage function to work IIRC.
